Ulucan Plastik has started production in their new facility

Manufacturing plastic raw materials and bags in the plastic recycling industry for more than 25 years, Ulucan Plastik continues its production in their second facility. The news from KOBİGÜNDEM Magazine is as follows…

Having started the incorporating process in 1995, Ulucan Plastik Ind. Trade Ltd. Company continues its operations under the management of General Manager Cafer Uluışık and the Company Partner Turan Uluışık. With a factory of 3000 square meters indoor plastic bag manufacturing area and a branch of 1500 square meters indoor raw material manufacturing area, Ulucan Plastik continues its operations in two different facilities with a total indoor area of 4500 square meters and manufacturing using HACCP System AJA and ISO 9001:2008 quality management systems.

INDOOR AREA HAS INCREASED WITH THE NEW FACILITY

Emphasizing that they continue their operations in the plastic recycling industry for more than 25 years, Ulucan Plastik LTD. Chairman Cafer Uluışık said, “We started as a small company and in time we kept going by improving our commercial operations.We strengthened our production lines and facility through investments during this process. Aside from our technological infrastructure, we also put our second facility into operation in Adana Medium Scale Industrial Area.”

PRODUCTION CAPACITY HAS INCREASED

Emphasizing that they have increased the production capacity through the new facility and machinery investments, Uluışık said, “With the new facility, we brought our production line to a stronger position. This has increased our production capacity considerably. We have reached a point that we are able to manufacture hundred tons of recycle bags and 300 hundred tons of rustled bags a month. In our facility with recycling and plastic bag manufacturing machines, we are manufacturing high and low density plastic bags and cater to many industries all across Turkey.”

SOLD THROUGH DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM

Stating that they are working with distributors, Company Partner Turan Uluışık explained that they have been offering products domestically with close to 30 distributors all across Turkey. Highlighting that they are catering to a wide variety of areas starting with grocery sections in the markets, Turan Uluışık expresses that they are also manufacturing products aimed at various industries with rustled bag products.

Saying that they have been manufacturing non-printed plastic bags in any size and colour using polyethylene (HDPE) and low density polyethylene (LWPE) raw materials, Turan Uluışık ended his words saying, “So, we are at a position to meed all the demands. We intend to keep making investments in proportion to our volume of business. We anticipate that our market share will increase in the upcoming times through the distributor system. We intend to reach every corner of Turkey with new distributor endeavours in this direction. First priority of our company is quality and customer satisfaction and we will make an effort to meet customer needs at the highest level and continue our activities in the industry in a correct way without sacrificing quality.”
